Planning & Preparing for Your Commercial Event Photos


It is best to reach out and confirm my availability as soon as you have finalized your event date. Dates can book quickly, especially during busy seasons such as summer and the holidays. However, I am sometimes available for last-minute bookings as well, so please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yes. My Toronto commercial event photography is available to all. I was born and raised in the diverse city of Toronto, which makes me comfortable working many different communities.

Feel free to share any ideas or inspiration you have with me. I cannot promise that I can create exactly what you are envisioning but I will try my best. If there is anything I am unable to do I will let you know clearly, as I don’t want you to have expectations I cannot meet.

Yes. I conduct consultations to discuss your goals and objectives so that we can shape a clear visual strategy focused on storytelling, not just event coverage.

Yes. I grant a limited license for promotional, editorial, and marketing use that is directly related to your business or organization. Specifically, this includes websites, social media, press releases, sponsorship decks, and print materials. Commercial use, such as anything involving fees, resale, or third-party monetization, requires additional written permission.

Upon booking, you will receive a questionnaire where you can inform me of any photography limitations. I encourage you to ask about any restrictions in advance and share them with me before the event.

If anyone asks me to stop photographing at any point, I will respect the request and notify you. However, please note that these restrictions may affect overall event coverage.


During Your Commercial Event


I will be the only photographer covering your event and working with you from beginning to end. I have experience photographing events with up to 400 guests. If you believe your event may require more than one photographer, you may want to consider hiring a photography team.


Booking Your Commercial Event Photography, Additional Services & Next Steps


Yes. Alongside photography, I offer content creation that supports your brand’s visual story and narrative. This includes short-form video, behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, and b-roll that captures movement, process, and in-between moments. I also create written content, such as captions or blog-style storytelling, to complement the visuals and help build a cohesive narrative across platforms.

No. I focus on documenting the event and do not offer photo booths, mobile studio setups, or step-and-repeat backdrops.

Yes. As the copyright holder, I retain all rights to the images and may share select work for portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes. However, in cases where your shoot includes privacy-sensitive content, we can discuss restrictions in advance.

Credit must always be given as “Photo by Henna Tiwari”, along with a visible backlink to my website or blog post when applicable. This applies to social media, digital publications, and printed materials.

I’m happy to include your logo, however you’ll need to provide it as a PNG or JPG for me to add it.

I provide a private online gallery where you can share the images from your event with others. People can view and download the photos in high resolution directly from the gallery. Please note that while I photograph many moments throughout your event, I cannot guarantee that every guest present will be photographed.

My turnaround time varies depending on the time of year and overall workload. You will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe when booking.

We will have a phone consultation before booking to get to know one another and ensure we are aligned on expectations. If you prefer to meet face-to-face, we can also arrange a video call beforehand.
